An online booking is a request for a specific time with a specific therapist. It is confirmed once we accept it, or immediately where you have prepaid and the slot is held for you. Please arrive a few minutes early; arriving late may mean your treatment is shortened so the following client is not delayed.

Every treatment begins with a consultation. Some treatments are not suitable for everyone — for example depending on your skin type, medical history, medications, pregnancy or recent sun exposure. Our clinicians may recommend a different treatment, defer treatment, or decline to proceed on clinical grounds. You must give us accurate and complete health information and follow the pre- and post-treatment advice we provide. You must be 18 or over to book, or attend with a parent or guardian who consents on your behalf.

Prices shown on this website are a guide in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Your final price is confirmed at consultation, because treatment time, area size, product quantity and the number of sessions vary from person to person. We will always confirm the cost with you before treatment begins. Prices may change at any time, but a price we have confirmed with you in writing for a booked appointment will be honoured for that appointment.

Online payments — deposits, prepaid treatments and shop orders — are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card number. A booking that requires payment is only held for a short window while checkout is completed; if payment is not completed, the slot is released. Prepayments and deposits are applied to the cost of your treatment and handled as set out in our Cancellation Policy.

Shop orders are prepared for collection from the clinic. Products must be unopened and unused to be returned, other than where the Australian Consumer Law provides otherwise.

Promotions run for the advertised period, cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so, and are not redeemable for cash. Course and package prices are for the stated number of sessions, are non-transferable, and any unused sessions are subject to the expiry we tell you about at purchase.

Cosmetic and skin treatments are individual: results vary and cannot be guaranteed, and multiple sessions are often required. Side effects such as redness, swelling or temporary sensitivity are normal for many treatments and will be explained to you beforehand.

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for anything else is limited to re-supplying the service or refunding what you paid for it, and we are not liable for loss caused by inaccurate health information or failure to follow our aftercare advice.

We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
