Cancellation Policy

Appointments are reserved just for you with a specific therapist, so we ask for at least 24 hours' notice if your plans change.

Changing or cancelling

Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel. With that notice there is no charge, and any deposit or prepayment is moved to your new appointment or refunded in full to the original payment method if you would rather not rebook.

Late cancellations

For a cancellation or change made less than 24 hours before your appointment, we may retain your deposit, or up to 50% of a prepaid treatment, to cover the reserved clinician time. The remainder is refunded to your original payment method.

No-shows

If you do not attend and have not contacted us, the deposit or prepayment for that appointment is forfeited, and we may ask for full prepayment for future bookings. Where a course of treatments has been purchased, a no-show may be counted as one session used.

Arriving late

If you arrive late we will do our best to treat you, but your appointment may need to be shortened so the next client is not delayed, and the full price still applies. If there is not enough time to treat you safely we will need to reschedule, and the late-cancellation terms above apply.

When we need to change your appointment

If we have to reschedule — for illness, equipment issues or any other reason — we will contact you as early as we can and offer the next available time or a full refund of anything you have paid.

Exceptional circumstances and your rights

We understand that illness, emergencies and caring responsibilities happen. Please tell us as soon as you can and we will use discretion — these fees exist to protect clinician time, not to penalise you. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law; see our Terms.
